A Right to Life
The occasion of Roe v. Wade and the annual March for Life Rally coincide with Rep. Steve Chabot's birthday. In a speech before the U.S. House of Representatives, Chabot reflected on the particular impact that this day has on him and his efforts to ensure that all Americans have a right to life.
